This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human ITGB1 / Integrin beta-1 / CD29 (rh ITGB1 / Integrin beta-1 / CD29; Catalog#10587-H08H1; CAA30790.1; Met1-Asp728) and conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions, the unreacted FITC was removed.
